The scope of responsibilities for this position as an Office Assistant (M/F) includes: You give overall administrative and secretarial and practical support to the organization; Attendance and minutes of meetings; Support, write, adapt and translate communications to communicate relevant local and international info; Premier interface for welcoming all guests, external stakeholders; Travel management for general purposes; Office organization: organize office operations and procedures: Reception, calls, mail, emails; Cleaning, maintenance and catering; Stationery and Equipment Management; Building, safety and security.
HR: update and maintain policies: Onboarding new staff: Introduction map new personnel and all materials to be operational; Info and registration handling of trainings when required.
Finance: Follow-up and registration of all PO's, payments in line with finance.
Be the internal 'glue' of the company, having a general overview; Plan in-house or off-site activities; Cross-think and give pro-active input for general organizational and ordering matters; Personal Assistant tasks.
